Ms. Jacqueline Bassue has been employed at NHC for over 20 years and is one of our longest standing employees. Her initial post was Accounts Clerk and subsequently Human Resource Officer. She loves and enjoys her work especially when it comes to ensuring that employee relations are top notch. As Human Resource Officer, the easiest part of her job is conducting orientation for new staff and creating a conducive working atmosphere. Ms. Bassue works well under pressure and has a knack for meeting deadlines and exceeding satisfaction. She brings so much to the department and by extension the Corporation, with her wealth of knowledge and experience, along with the confidence and comfort that she provides to staff when handling internal matters. What is most rewarding to her is the selfless and passionate service that she provides to each employee without favouritism.
Ms. Bassue would like to add research in Human Resource and its related fields to her repertoire and improve her computer literacy skills.
