Home Enhanced-Living Program (HELP)
Citizens wishing to renovate their homes can apply under the HELP Program. Qualified and approved persons are granted up to $10,000.00 to help to improve their living conditions. It is a funding assistance solely for the purpose of repairs and minor additions.
