Ms. Ingrid Abel is the Featured Staff of the Week. Ms. Abel has been employed at NHC for 20 years. Her initial post was Office Clerk in the Customer Service Department. Ms. Abel is now a Cashier in the Accounts and Finance Department where she exhibits profound knowledge of FEDCOMP, our cashiering system.
She is self motivated and enjoys interacting with the Homeowners on a daily basis. Ms. Abel goes above and beyond to ensure that anyone she comes into contact with at her work station is happy and leaves with a smile. Ms. Abel works efficiently, which helps to alleviate the long lines at the Cashier’s area. Helping homeowners to understand their statements / payment records is very rewarding and comforting to Ms. Abel.
